For any comp hotel, ticket, or badge requests for any attendee that your department would like for the 2024 Convention please fill out this form and get department head signature. All fields are required for each section of the form, we require all information as well as department code in order to charge the cost after convention. This form does not negate the need for the comp form in EPT for ALL staff and board members, this should be used for all other required comp requests, especially for those attending that are not in iMIS or for any department table or ticket requests for dinners. All requests require department code and department head approval, or they will not be processed.

SCI has implemented a new travel policy Regarding per diem allowances utilized in the past, we want to clarify that per diem will only be available for dinners ($36) and incidentals ($5) ONLY if an employee will not be partaking in the dinner events organized as part of the convention program. You will also be entitled to a full day meal per diem allowance of $79 if you will be in Nashville earlier than Monday when meals aren't provided. This decision aligns with our goal of encouraging active participation in all aspects of the convention, including mealtime activities.
