Yes, each active member may bring ONLY one guest. Guests don’t need to be members but must have a paid registration.
Yes, you can register multiple people, but membership rules still apply. If a new membership is added to one of the guests, that will be an additional cost depending on the membership type.
Example: If a party/group of four are trying to register, at least two need to be active members and the following two can join as guest of each active member.
Group of 4 = 2 Members + 2 Guests
OR
A party of at least three two active memberships are needed.
Group of 3 = 2 Members + 1 Guest
Final day to request refund (Includes Registration badges or Event tickets) is January 4th, 2027 – Midnight CST

An 18-year-old attendee is required to have a regular adult badge. The cost will depend on the specific days they are attending.
Yes, the SCI Convention is a members only event. You must have an active SCI membership to attend.

You can pickup your tickets at the registration counter on Level 2, or skip past the lines and use one of our kiosks. For Kiosks: just scan the barcode you’ll get by email on Monday, January 11, 2027 and your tickets will print in seconds.
Single Tickets
First come first serve. You are seated as you are in line. Lines will have a timeframe to start lining up from.
This will not guarantee you to be sitting with your group.
(We do always suggest buying a table when more than 4 tickets are being purchased to ensure all to be sat together)
Tables:
Dinner seating is reserved in tables of 8 for Friday and Saturday evenings. VIP tables add an elevated experience with seating for up to 10 guests.
The earlier the tables are purchased, the better the possibility of getting better seating.

Lost or forgotten badges are subject to a $75 replacement fee per badge.
The convention will take place from January 20th – January 23rd, 2027 at The Music City Center, located in Nashville, TN. Be aware that the 12th Annual SCIF Conservation Leadership Award Gala is on January 19th, 2027 and our partners Grand Slam/Club Ovis will be having events on January 24th, 2027 that you won’t want to miss.
