All booths are sold as 10′ x 10′ but can be combined to fit individual company's needs.

Application and Donation Forms: Complete the 2027 Returning Exhibitor Request to Participate Form
Deposit Due:Â Payment #1 (50%)-Due within 10-days of booth placement
August 1st: Auction Preview Guide & Evening Auction Consideration Deadline
August 1st: Payment #2 (75%)
September 1st:Â Auction Donation Submission Deadline
September 15th: All exhibitors without submitted donations by September 1st deadline will be billed for the minimum cash donation charge of $2,000 per 10×10 booth
October 1st:Â Final Booth Balance Due
October 1st: Taxidermy/Aisle Decore Request Form Due
October 15th: Late fee of $200 per month added for all unpaid balances (late fees cannot be removed)
November 30th: Exhibitor Badge Names Due
Auction Program
Over 20 live, silent, day, evening and online auctions generate the funds to support efforts to protect hunter rights. Exhibitors can donate once-in-a-lifetime hunt experiences, exceptional firearms, fine art and fine jewelry. Proceeds from SCI's auctions support hunter advocacy as well as SCI Foundation's conservation and education programs.
To continue to support this SCI must have a robust Auction program. We understand that a tangible donation may not be available or you are unable to contribute an item, so we allow a cash donation to be submitted in lieu of an auction donation.
