BNA Airport
Ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, and KreweCar) operate from the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
Directions to the Ground Transportation Center from the Terminal:
- From Level 1, exit the Main Terminal and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk under pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2, guided by overhead signage.
- The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
Rental Car Check-In
All listed rental car companies have service counters located on Level 1 of the Main Terminal. To reach them, take the escalators down from the Baggage Claim areas. After checking in, follow these directions to access the Rental Car Facility:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1.
- Cross Terminal Drive using the designated crosswalk to reach Terminal Garage 1, directly across from the terminal.
- Once inside the garage on Level 1, turn left and follow the signs for Rental Cars.
- Arrive at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, located adjacent to Terminal Garage 1.

Taxis drop off curbside at Departures and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC).
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.

Taxicab Fares
Base fare: $9, with a rate of $2.50 per mile.
Flat rate: $30 for trips to downtown Nashville and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
Additional passenger fee: $2 when accompanying the original passenger to the same destination.
Driving Directions to Music City Center
- Start from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- Take I-40 W from Terminal Dr.
- Continue on I-40 W and keep right to merge onto I-24 W/I-40 W toward Downtown Nashville.
- Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 210C for 2nd Ave/4th Ave.
- Keep right and follow signs for 4th Ave S.
- Turn left onto Korean Veterans Blvd.
- Turn right onto Rep. John Lewis Way S.
- The Music City Center will be on your right.

The garage is located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street with auxiliary access (P1 & P2) along 6th Avenue.
