Sables Firearm Donation Agreement Form

DISCLAIMER: This form must be completed for all firearm donations. Hunt or fishing exhibitors must complete a 2026 Hunt/Fishing Donor Agreement. Other tangible donations must be completed on a 2026 Non-Hunt Donor Agreement.

Please include as much detail in your description as possible: Include a photo, JPEG/TIFF (must be at least 300 dpi and at least 7" wide). In order for the donation to be considered, artwork (graphics) must be included. Attach any copy you would like used in promotion of this/these item(s).

EXHIBITORS WHO DO NOT MEET THIS DEADLINE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CASH CONTRIBUTION OF $1,500 PER 10 X 10 BOOTH.

SCI's Commitment to Responsible Wildlife Conservation

Considering that the practice of the captive breeding of lions for the purpose of hunting has doubtful value to the conservation of lions in the wild, and considering that such hunting is not consistent with SCI's criteria for estate hunting, the SCI Board has adopted the following policy:

SCI opposes the hunting of African lions bred in captivity.
SCI will not accept advertising from any operator for any such hunts, nor will SCI allow operators to sell hunts for lions bred in captivity at the SCI Annual Hunters' Convention.
The exhibitor agrees that in the event the exhibitor violates this provision, the exhibitor may forfeit the opportunity to participate in the convention and any further convention.
