Exhibitors that make donations of hunts or fishing expeditions that are provided by others pursuant to SCI's Booking Agent Guide Service Company Rules & Regulations will be subject to all provisions of those policies, the terms set forth on this form, and of the applicable Exhibitor Contract and Convention policies, rules and regulations, including the Auction Program Rules and Regulations.

SCI reserves and retains the sole right to use this donation in anyway or manner whatsoever the SCI Auction Committee deems most beneficial to SCI. SCI also reserves the right to cancel a donation at any time if it is determined at a later date that the donation does not meet the general or minimum criteria or for any other reason. Donation deadline is November 1st. Donation must align with the product and/or service within the normal business domain of the contracted exhibitor. By signing, Exhibitor agrees to comply with the terms of the Convention policies, rules and regulations, including the Auction Program Rules and Regulations.
